The Nsawam Adoagyiri Municipality have been divided into many towns. The current MP is Hon. Frank Annoh Dompreh the Minority chip whip aka playman ne papa paaaa. The central part of Nsawam is under the traditional ruler Nana KWABENA ANSAH SASRAKU 1, as the Nsawam Omanhene. Then Adoagyiri is also under the traditional ruler Nana Adu Korkor. It then extends to Sakyikrom, Lartei man, Nsumia, Chinto etc. It is a business centre with a large capacity of market and stations for travellers. There are active and massive companies like Blue skies, Bomarts,Densu industries, Pan Pharmaceuticals etc. There are many hotels available such as country lodge, DD lodge, Ohemaa, Joy of Peace, Okyeman palace , Densu Valley, etc. Many pubs and restaurants includes Enams food at curve, High Tension, Ohemaa, Bar 205, Red lights, Fosua Papabi of Teacher Mantey road etc. There are also good and quality schools and hospitals.
